Planning Ops SMS Program

Planning Ops sends transactional, operational text messages about concrete pours — confirmations, cancellations, schedule changes, and reminders — to people working on a scheduled pour who have agreed to receive them. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

What you'll receive

Pour confirmations (project, date, time, pour type)
Pour cancellations and time/date changes
Schedule updates and day-before reminders

Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per week, tied to your active pours). Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How you opt in

Most people are enrolled by the company coordinating their work — the Planning Ops customer (the concrete subcontractor) running the pour you're assigned to. When they set you up to receive alerts, you are shown this program's terms — message types, frequency, that message & data rates may apply, and how to stop — and you agree to receive these notifications before your mobile number is enabled.

If you work on Planning Ops pours and want to receive these alerts directly, you can also opt in yourself below. Text alerts are launching soon — either way, we'll enroll your number and confirm by text when the program goes live.

How to opt out or get help

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP (also: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL). You'll get a confirmation and we won't text you again unless you reply START to resubscribe. For help, reply HELP or visit planningops.com/contact.
