Planning Ops SMS Program

Planning Ops sends transactional, operational text messages about concrete pours — confirmations, cancellations, schedule changes, and reminders — to people working on a scheduled pour who have opted in to receive them. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

What you’ll receive

Text messages are reserved for the one thing that cannot wait for email. If you opt in, Planning Ops may text you:

• Pour cancellations and last-minute time/date changes, and only when the pour is within 12 hours

Everything else — pour confirmations, schedule updates, reminders and the weekly digest — is sent by email only. You will not receive a text for those.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per week, tied to your active pours). Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You may also be enrolled by the company coordinating your pour — the Planning Ops customer (the concrete subcontractor) running the job you’re assigned to — who shows you these same program terms (message types, that message frequency varies, that message & data rates may apply, and how to opt out) and obtains your agreement before your mobile number is enabled.

How to opt out or get help

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP (also: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL). You’ll get a confirmation and we won’t text you again unless you reply START to resubscribe. For help, reply HELP or email admin@planningops.com.

Your privacy

No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in data is excluded from all other information-sharing categories.
