Pricing questions

How does seat-based pricing work?
You pay for your office, not your crew. A working seat is anyone who edits the plan. The $149/mo base includes 3 working seats; add more for a flat $20/seat. Viewers are free and unlimited with read-only access. Projects and offices are unlimited too.
What modules are included in the plan?
One subscription, the Planning Ops Platform, includes the Place & Finish pour calendar, the Manpower crew planner, the Project Schedule page, and Daily Reports on the same login, sharing the same projects and working seats. Project Schedule and Daily Reports are included at no extra charge — Project Schedule rides your Manpower access and never costs an extra seat.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of full access. A valid payment method is required at signup but is not charged during the trial. Cancel in-app from Control Panel ▸ Billing within the first 14 days and you will not be billed.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay annually and you get one month free — the whole platform, every page, for eleven months of the monthly rate.
Does Planning Ops work outside the United States?
Yes — workspaces in the US, Canada, and the UK. Pick your country and everything follows it: addresses take real postcodes, live site weather reads in °C or °F, and concrete quantities read in cubic metres with MPa or N/mm² mixes — or cubic yards and PSI in the US. It even switches per project, so a US company can run a Canadian job in metric. Text alerts are US-only; email notices work everywhere.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. We keep your data for 30 days after you leave, so if you resubscribe within that window the schedule you built is still there. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel — once a workspace is closed, access to it is locked during those 30 days.
