Manpower Hub · Time & payroll

From the timesheet to payroll, without the re-keying.

Daily crew timesheets that capture straight time, overtime, double time, holidays and PTO — with OT modes for Auto-40 and California’s 8-hour rule — then export to ADP, Paychex, or Excel in one click.

Crew load board — hours by crew across the week with a KPI strip.

The timesheet

A daily grid your foremen can actually fill out.

Crew down the side, days across the top, hours in the cells — split across ST / OT / DT, plus holiday and PTO. It’s the timesheet your foremen already keep in their head, made enterable in a minute.

Hours from the field

The hours can come straight from the daily report.

Hours don’t have to be typed in the office at all. When a foreman submits his crew and hours on a daily field report, they post automatically into Time Tracking for that day — and a man on two or three jobs has his hours add up correctly across reports. Any hours entered or corrected by hand in the office take priority, so a report can never overwrite a manual entry. Why the report and the timesheet are one entry →

OT modes

Auto-40, California 8-hour, or manual — your call.

Pick the overtime rule that matches your shop: Manual, Auto-40 (over 40 in a week becomes OT), or California 8-hour daily overtime. The hours compute correctly before they ever reach payroll.

Holiday calendar

Holidays counted right, per company.

A tenant holiday calendar means a holiday is a holiday on the timesheet — coded as HOL, factored into OT math — without anyone remembering to flag it.

Payroll export

ADP, Paychex, or Excel — one click.

Twelve export presets, including ADP and Paychex formats and a clean Excel file. No double entry, no transcription errors on payroll Friday.

Man-hours analytics

The hours feed the numbers that matter.

Logged hours roll into man-hour analytics and, paired with the pour side, into man-hours per cubic yard vs. the rate you bid — so time tracking earns its keep beyond payroll.

Time tracking — common questions

Which payroll systems can I export to?
One-click presets for ADP and Paychex, plus a generic Excel export. The hours your foremen logged become the file your payroll system expects — no re-keying.
Does it handle overtime rules?
Yes. OT modes include Manual, Auto-40 (anything over 40 in a week is OT), and California 8-hour daily overtime, calculated against your tenant holiday calendar so ST/OT/DT, holiday and PTO hours land correctly.
Can different people enter time?
Time tracking is role-gated — admins and editors and coordinators can record and edit timesheets, viewers cannot. It rides the same Manpower board you already schedule crews on.
Can hours come from the field instead of the office?
Yes. When a foreman submits crew and hours on a daily report, they post to Time Tracking for that day automatically, and hours across multiple jobs add up correctly. Manual office entries always take priority, so a report never overwrites a hand entry.

Stop re-keying hours into payroll.
