Never put an expired cert on a job again.

Track every worker’s certifications — type, issuer, issue and expiry dates, the document — with expiring-soon alerts and a warning before you assign someone whose cert has lapsed. Compliance caught on the board, not in an audit.

Crew roster rows where each worker's certification records attach.

The pain

A lapsed cert is a fine, a stop-work, or a lost bid waiting to happen.

Certs live in a binder, a glovebox, and three people’s memories. Nobody knows what expires this month until a GC asks for the matrix or an inspector asks for the card. By then it’s a scramble — or a shutdown.

Cert catalog & records

Every cert, every worker — type, issuer, dates, document.

Build a catalog of the cert types you care about, then attach records to each worker: type, issuer, issue date, expiry date, and the document. The roster and the compliance picture finally live in the same place.

Expiring-soon alerts

See what lapses this month — before it does.

Certs nearing expiry surface as expiring-soon, tied to the worker so the right foreman acts. Renew on your schedule instead of finding out the hard way.

Assignment warnings

A guardrail at the exact moment risk happens.

Try to put an uncertified or expired worker on a job that requires the cert and you get a warning before you assign — where the exposure actually is, not in a post-mortem.

Where it lives

Built into the Manpower Hub — no extra tool, no extra cost.

Certification tracking sits next to the roster and crew board, included in the Planning Ops Platform. The place you schedule people is the place you confirm they’re cleared to be there.

Certification tracking — common questions

What certifications can I track?
Any cert your crew carries — OSHA cards, equipment operator certifications, first aid/CPR, welding, flagger, confined space, and your own custom types. Each record holds the type, issuer, issue and expiry dates, and the document itself.
How do expiration alerts work?
Certs nearing their expiry surface as expiring-soon so you can renew before they lapse — not after an inspector finds the gap. The alert is tied to the worker, so the right foreman sees it.
Will it stop me from assigning someone with a lapsed cert?
You get a warning before you put an uncertified or expired worker on a job that needs that cert. It’s a guardrail at the moment of assignment, where the risk actually happens.
Where does certification tracking live?
Inside the Manpower Hub, alongside the roster and crew board — so the same place you schedule people is the place you confirm they are cleared to be there. It is included in the platform at no extra cost.
